You are eligible for a refund or a replacement within 60 days of receiving your order if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To qualify for a refund or replacement, you must provide:

  • A clear photo or video showing the issue

  • A brief explanation of what happened

Once verified, we will send a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Hygiene & Safety Policy

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or opened devices. This ensures that every customer receives a completely new, untouched product.

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot issue refunds for:

  • Used or opened devices

  • Change-of-mind requests

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout

  • Delays caused by customs, local couriers, or factors outside our control

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is lost due to a carrier error and does not arrive, we will gladly send a free replacement after verifying the tracking issue.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
